To teach or To tell to do

To teach is to light up the right path of knowledge.

To tell to do is a want to map the same path irrespective of the unforeseen changes.

To teach is liberal in every sense.

Be it in terms of strategies, methodologies or skills.

It allows variations in all the above aspects

But with a condition, always choose the path of knowledge without lying or misleading oneself.

Whereas

To tell to do is a bondage.

It Believes, same path is a doorway to the knowledge that once it had achieved 

perhaps forget that paths do change so do the previous challenges.

The same old strategies will not be fit to reach the knowledge.

Try to pursue it only to meet with frustration, angst and anger.

Therefore to teach is far better than to tell to do

Coz it always helps to develop hidden strength, giving the seeker a belief that you can live your life with confidence too.
